Steph R.: Stephanie began practicing yoga over 7 years ago. She feels inspiration to teach daily, whether its through the blog, five minutes with a friend or coworker, or even in a formal class. Stephanie graduated from Langara’s Yoga Teacher Training program in 2011 and has been teaching since. She noticed the benefits of yoga and how it alleviated and even rehabilitated her body from a slipped disk, something that she will live with for the rest of her life. It is not only this which inspires her to continue practicing but the amazing transformation that it provides in every corner of her life.
